Shipping Policy

At Amped Cases, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping — $25 CAD
• Express Shipping — $50 CAD

The shipping service used for your order will be selected by Amped Cases based on the shipping option purchased and the carriers available for your destination.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and handed off to a shipping carrier within 24 hours of purchase, excluding circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping provider, the shipment is considered fulfilled by Amped Cases.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Amped Cases is not responsible for shipping delays, including but not limited to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Transportation disruptions
• Lost or delayed packages while in transit
• Any other circumstances outside of our control

Our responsibility is limited to accurately preparing, packaging, and handing your order to the selected shipping provider.

Incorrect Orders & Fulfillment Errors

If an error occurs while your order is in the possession of Amped Cases, including but not limited to:

• Shipping the wrong item
• Shipping the wrong quantity
• Sending a defective product
• Packaging or fulfillment mistakes caused by us

We will, at the customer's preference:

• Provide a replacement product;
• Issue a partial or full refund; or
• Offer another reasonable resolution.

Supporting evidence may be required before compensation is issued.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
• Reviewing all product details, specifications, and compatibility information before placing an order.
• Monitoring shipment tracking information once provided.

Amped Cases is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Agreement

By placing an order with Amped Cases, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy, including the limitation of Amped Cases' responsibility once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
